Regeneration and Development :
Newhaven - West Quay.
We are used to working closely with development partners, often acting a a link in the process to secure delivery programmes. In the case of West Quay, Newhaven, Belstone acted for Sea Containers in securing a grant in excess of £1m from SEEDA and played a key role in co-ordination of other significant grant applications, totalling in excess of £3M, which were made by Lewes District Council. This important regeneration project provided 66 new dwellings, fishing/commercial facilities and significant areas of public open space as well as enhancing links into the adjoining marina.

Corporate Real Estate/Outsourcing:
Relocation Projects.
We are able to provide effective advice at all stages throughout the reloction process and have worked on the following projects: Feltham, Middlesex Relocation of W G White Ltd from premises in Acton, sold by Belstone to a housing association, to new purpose built office/warehouse premises near Heathrow. Dagenham Relocation of British Traders Shippers from a warehouse in Dagenham, sold by Belstone for retail warehousing,to refurbished warehouse and offices premises close by. Lowestoft Project co-ordination of a scheme to provide AKD engineering with new, purpose-built offices. We recently secured a grant from EEDA to pay for abnormal site costs and clean up of contaminated land.

Telecommunications
We provide a responsive service to this industry and have worked for Gridcom/CCI; Hutchison 3G; T-Mobile; o2, Orange and Telereal. Our role includes site acquisitions, upgrades, planning and professional work throughout the Southern half of the UK.

Property Management and Databases
Belstone recently advised Linton Park plc in selecting and setting up a computer database to manage its properties throughout the UK. In this instance, Belstone partnered MSP who provide management systems for property and obtained key information from Linton Park's operating companies as well as inputting data into agreed fields in the MSP Terrier system. This project was successfully completed for a fixed fee.
