Over the last ten years, Belstone have been involved in a variety of regeneration and development projects throughout the country

We have considerable experience in dealing with grant applications and are used to working with development agencies including English Partnerships, SEEDA, EEDA, European funding regimes as well as local authorities. We have successfully concluded a funding agreement for a major mixed commercial/residential use scheme in Newhaven which will make a significant contribution to the local economy and are working on similar projects elsewhere.

Belstone also works closely with major superstore operators, usually on town centre regeneration projects and we are currently acting on behalf of companies such as Waitrose on a major town centre retail regeneration project in Droitwich where we successfully negotiated the land assembly. Elsewhere, we are currently working on projects with Sainsburys and Morrisons.
